Serving the south shore of Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and the Islands

This is personal

We’ve got you

Facing this diagnosis is difficult enough, that’s why we work hard to make the rest of it easier. The low-stress, intimate, focused experience we provide in our office isn’t just a point of pride, we believe it’s an essential component of care that leads to the best possible outcomes.

At VCS New England, we do things a bit differently.

You get 100% of our attention

We have one family in our building at a time for appointments, which means you have our undivided attention. It gives us the space to really listen to you, answer your questions, explain the prognosis, and discuss your options.

You don’t have added stressors

We make visiting our office as comfortable as visiting our home, with no distractions from other patients. And since you have the run of the place, you’re not sequestered in an exam room. We do consultations out in an open area.

You’ll always get the straight story

We are compassionate and caring, and we will never mislead you or waste your time. We want you to know exactly where things stand and help you make the best decision for your family—without confusion or pressure to treat a certain way.

You get answers when you call

If you need to call our office, know that you’ll get one of our nurses who will know who you are and who have the medical training and access to your information to answer your questions so you’re not left waiting for a call back.

We hope you’ll choose VCS New England

You might have noticed, we’re not the largest veterinary oncology provider in these parts, but we think we have the biggest hearts. And we know the feeling of getting a diagnosis and wanting to get in immediately. Please understand that we aggressively manage our schedule to get new patients in as soon as possible. If your pet’s diagnosis requires additional diagnostics or procedures prior to visiting with us, we will help direct you to specialists we trust with our own cats and dogs.
